Скоростное плавание в ластах и моноласте

Кто хоть раз видел человека, плывущего в моноласте, наверняка хотел сам попробовать научиться так плавать…

Надо заметить, что изобретение моноласты как таковой совершило определенный переворот в плавании. В главную очередь, изменилась сама техника плавания — в движении участвует все тело, но руки практически не задействованы. Результаты также серьезно выиграли при использовании моноласты — за счет конструкции моноласты скоростные результаты увеличиваются на 30—40%.

Однако сразу скажем, что одев моноласту в первый раз, поплыть в ней «как дельфин» получается далеко не у всех, т.к. возникает впечатление, что вы пытаетесь плыть со связанными ногами. Именно по этой причине любой начинающий пловец сначала учится плавать в простых ластах.

В клубе «Планета Дайвинга» мы поможем вам освоить этот красивый вид плавания или улучшить ваши результаты, поскольку каждое занятие составляется и проводится с учетом ваших способностей и навыков плавания.

Плавание в моноласте, регулярные тренировки, отработка техники плавания в моноласте, проводятся 3 раза в неделю (среда и пятница в 20.00, воскресенье в 09.00). Бассейн ЦСК ВМФ, Ленинградское шоссе 25А.
